Ian has over 30 years of experience in Financial Services having joined the industry in 1992.  After working for a bank, he moved to a small independent practice in Cambridge where he became a partner and joined the Tavistock group in 2021.  He is an Associate level member of the Chartered Insurance Institute having attained the Chartered Financial Planner qualification.

Ian advises personal clients in all aspects of their financial planning helping them to arrange their affairs in a tax efficient manner with a particular focus on planning for retirement and beyond.

Outside of work, Ian is a keen if frustrated golfer and enjoys travelling with his wife.

Simon is an experienced Partner, working in the financial services profession for his entire career, with an entrepreneurial mind, a problem resolver with a passion to help clients achieve their life goals. Developing strategies to help clients enjoy life, to know when enough money is enough, leading to the ultimate outcome, using wealth to make them happier.  Supported by a strong personal interest in sustainability and impact investing, Simon believes that capital can influence corporate and societal change and behaviours quicker than government legislation alone.

Outside of work Simon can mostly be found in North Norfolk walking, occasionally running, cycling or with a camera in hand.  Also enjoying reading, live sporting or musical events and a new interest in working with green wood for various projects, so plenty to keep him active and sharp.
